History
Great Minds ECC & Nursery opened its doors in 2014 with a mission to provide exceptional early childhood education. Founded by Areti Panagiotou, a passionate educator with a strong background in early years education, speech and language therapy, and Montessori pedagogy, our center offers a unique and holistic learning environment. Drawing on her extensive experience working with both typical and special needs children, Areti created a space where every child can thrive. As a result, she ensured that each child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Located in the heart of Al Wasl, Dubai, we welcome families from diverse neighborhoods, including City Walk, Downtown, Business Bay, Jumeirah, Springs, and Marina.

Areti Panagiotou
Areti holds a degree of Master of Science in Speech and Language therapy from City University of London, U.K. A Bachelor’s degree in Early Years Education (University of Greece) and a Montessori Diploma (North America Montessori Center). She has worked in the UK as a Speech and Language Therapist. Greece as an Early Years Teacher and in Dubai at Dubai Center for Special Needs as a senior Speech Therapist. Along with being a full member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists in the U.K., Areti is First Aid certified. Areti loves theatre and volleyball.
Ana Stevanov
Ana Stevanov has been working at Great Minds ECC & Nursery since September 2014. She brings with her years of experience in education, development programs and care for children. She has a degree of Master of Science in Education and a Montessori certification. Before moving to Dubai she worked as an author and facilitator of projects approved by the Ministry of Education in Serbia. All the projects were intended to cater educational needs of children who attended regular and inclusive school programs. Ana loves reading and going to the theatre.
